The West Palm Seashore Downtown Growth Authority (DDA) was created in 1967 as an independent special taxing district to advertise and enhance a protected, vibrant Downtown for residents, businesses and guests by means of the strategic growth of financial, social and cultural alternatives. We improve and maintain Downtown West Palm Beach by offering data and companies to guests, residents and enterprise house owners.

Because the bodily and symbolic center of town and the region, Downtown should proceed to develop and evolve as the preferred dense, numerous and lively market place for commerce and entertainment. Digital signage and media, managed in a coordinated way, can play a big role in supporting this desired exercise and defining Atlanta’s culture and model.

Each StudioDuke student is paired with a mentor – many of whom are Duke graduates - working professionally in a related inventive subject. The initiative is a joint effort of Duke Arts, Duke’s Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative, Duke Entertainment, Media & Arts Network (DEMAN) and Duke Alumni Affiliation.

With a everlasting collection of over 7,000 artwork objects representing a range of cultures and durations of artwork history, the Tweed Museum of Artwork is a significant cultural and academic useful resource for the community on the campus of the University of Minnesota Duluth. The Tweed Museum of Art aims to encourage visitors of all ages and backgrounds who will discover photos, art objects, and educational applications that foster an understanding and an appreciation of art. StudioDuke works in tandem with DEMAN, which holds events all year long in the region and on-campus together with DEMAN Weekend, a two-day gathering every November wherein alumni in inventive industries return to campus to talk store with students taken with careers in those industries.
