The AEWRC supplies a multi-faceted set of sources and opportunities for the emerging A&E workforce: a dynamic, web-based database of assets; nose to nose applications and seminars; advocacy for public insurance policies benefiting the A&E workforce; research and information-gathering on the needs of this workforce; alternatives for networking and neighborhood building for these workers and the organizations supporting them.
